1. Kindly confirm all purchased items before placing the order online.
2. All exchange & refunds will be processed only against original invoice.
3. Exchange within 14 days or Refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase (if the items not delivered).
4. During sale or promotions, exchange within 3 days. Refunds not permitted.
5. Products once exchanged cannot be refunded.
6. Products can be exchanged only once.
7. All refunds will be done in original mode of payment.
8. Any cash refund up to AED 5,000 can be refunded in cash. Above AED 5,000 cheque will be issued.
9. Product returned should be in original condition with original packing, unused and in resalable condition.
10. Delivering terms & conditions:

• Delivery appointment will be scheduled with the once the order is confirmed
  

  Free Shipping & Assembly on Orders Above AED 1,000
  AED 50 delivery fee applies to orders below AED 1,000.

• Customer failure to notify delivery cancellation (24 hours prior to scheduled delivery), and

• requesting new delivery appointment following will apply:

- Paying 10% of product value or AED 100 (for delivery within Dubai)/AED 200 (for Northern

Emirates or Abu Dhabi) as transportation/lab cost (whichever is higher)
