• Order Confirmation & Scheduling
  Once your order is confirmed, our customer service team will reach out to you within 24–48 hours to co-ordinate the delivery date and time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.

• Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping and assembly for all orders above AED 1,000.

  • A flat rate of AED 50 applies for orders below AED 1,000.

• Storage Charges
  

  If you wish to store your ordered items for an extended period, please contact us via email or phone and provide details of the items to be stored along with the required duration. Additional charges will apply based on the volume of items and the storage duration.

• Assembly
  For furniture and large items, our delivery team provides free assembly upon arrival to ensure proper setup and placement.
