1. Order Confirmation

  • Customers are advised to carefully review all selected items before completing the purchase.
  • Once the order is placed, it is considered confirmed.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • During sale or promotional periods, exchanges are allowed within 3 days only.
  • Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.
  • Products that have been exchanged cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

  • Exchange within 14 days or Refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase (if the items not delivered).
  • Refunds are not permitted on sale or promotional items.
  • All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include the original invoice
  • Be in resalable condition

5. General Terms

  • All exchange and refund requests are subject to Suncoast management approval.
