1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping across all Emirates within the UAE, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Al Ain

2. Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Product availability
    • Delivery location
    • Peak shopping seasons
    • Ongoing sales or promotions

3. Order Confirmation & Scheduling

  • Once your order is confirmed, our customer service team will contact you within 24–48 hours to coordinate the delivery date and time.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.
  • Delivery appointments are scheduled based on customer availability and service routes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping and assembly on all orders above AED 1,000
  • A flat AED 50 delivery fee applies to orders below AED 1,000

5. Assembly Service

For furniture and large items, our delivery team provides free assembly upon delivery to ensure proper setup and placement.

6. Delivery Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Customers must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
  • Failure to provide prior notice may result in additional transportation and labor charges:
    • AED 100 for deliveries within Dubai
    • AED 200 for Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates
    • Or actual transportation/labor cost, whichever is higher

7. Storage Charges

If you require us to hold your order for a later delivery date, please contact our team by email or phone with:

  • Order details
  • Items to be stored
  • Required storage duration

Additional storage charges may apply based on:

  • Item volume
  • Storage duration
